The Evolution of Food exhibit at the New Orleans Botanical Garden
Two installations on crop evolution, located in two gazebos as part of the “Kitchen Garden” section. The first installation is entitled Vegetable Diversity and the second is Flower into Fruit.
To orient visitors and provide the scope of the project, at the entrance of each gazebo is a handmade wooden box filled with pamphlets for visitors to take home — this is the front side.
